We can help with anything…from assisting in the due-diligence of a multi-million dollar development deal, to writing a Listing Agreement on a small cottage.  You may choose to hand over any detail or all the details. You specify the level of interaction you want us to have with your clients according to your needs. In order to provide the highest level of service, we recommend that all of our clients give authorization to contact whomever necessary.

Contract to Close

  • Write all TREC forms/addenda, collect signatures/negotiation assistance
  • Collect checks/deliver to Title Co

  • EMAIL – Create filters and rules to organize mail, answer non-essential emails graciously, send a TL;DR on certain emails and alerts for the important ones, organize contacts, detail profiles
  • SCHEDULING: service appointments, set meetings, clear calendar/notify everyone in an emergency, set up daily itineraries/actionables, highlight important events
  • TRAVEL: optimize flights based on preferences, reserve cars, present detailed itineraries, compare hotel pricing, locate restaurants/entertainment for you and your clients
  • PERSONAL/MOTIVATION: schedule appointments and services, proofread content before sharing, plan events, send gifts on your behalf, calendarize family events, find and provide resources for goal-setting/motivation, set up reward system for certain milestones
